Peak (May 1 to Oct 31)

Weeknights: $300/night
Weekends: $375/night (Friday/Saturday/Sunday nights)
Weekly (7 nights): $2200

Off-Peak (Nov 1 - April 30)

Weeknights: $275/night
Weekends: $350/night (Friday/Saturday/Sunday nights)
Weekly (7 nights): $2000

 Exception
December 30, 31, and January 1 is $400 per night.

Special:

Book 6 months in advance for 3 or more nights, and receive a 10% discount. Payment due at time of booking. 

Fees:
  • Cleaning Fee: At the time of booking a $150 cleaning fee is required.
  • Pet Fee: $50 limit 2 pets

Deposit:
  • At the time of booking, a non-refundable $250 deposit is required for weekend rentals and a $500 deposit is required for all other rentals; this deposit is applied toward final payment due. In case of emergency cancellation, the deposit may be applied to a future reservation. 
  • Prior to final payment due, a $500 security deposit is required. This deposit will be returned un-cashed to the renter if there are no missing or damaged items and all garbage has been removed.
