Deposit Policy
Booking Deposit (Non-Refundable)
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking: $250 for weekend rentals and $500 for all other rentals. This deposit is applied toward your final payment. In the event of an emergency cancellation, the deposit may be applied to a future reservation.
Security Deposit
A $500 security deposit is required prior to final payment. This check will be returned un-cashed if there are no missing or damaged items and all garbage has been removed from the property.
